Return Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handmade bath and body products, we do not offer refunds.


Returns are only accepted for unused and unopened items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.


Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item. Refunds are not issued.


All sale items, clearance items, free samples, and used products are final sale. Shipping costs are non-returnable.
