RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our handmade soaps and body care products, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for issues caused by improper use, storage, or allergic reactions. Please review ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test prior to full use.
